VISAS

Visa Requirements

Czechia is a member of the European Union and part of the Schengen Area. Depending on your nationality, Schengen visa rules may apply. Participants are responsible for checking whether a visa is required to enter Czechia and for completing the visa application process in time. Please check the official Schengen visa information well in advance.

Registered participants who need a visa may request an invitation letter for visa purposes after payment confirmation. The invitation letter confirms participation in the 73rd World FCEM Congress Prague 2026 and may serve as a supporting document for a visa application.

Practical Information

Public Transport and Venue Transfer

Public transport tickets in Prague during the main congress days are included in the congress package. Optional shuttle services between selected congress hotels, the congress venue and evening venues may be offered. Details and prices will be confirmed before the congress.

Dress Code

Business or smart casual for congress days. Evening dress for the Cultural Evening and Gala Dinner. Detailed recommendations will be shared before the congress.
