Where can I find registration fees and package options?

Can I attend even if I am not an FCEM member?

Yes. The Congress is open to both FCEM members and non-members. Specific participation conditions are available in the registration form.

Can I purchase access only to the Cultural Evening or Gala Dinner?

No. Additional tickets for the Cultural Evening and Gala Dinner may only be purchased together with a valid Congress registration package. Stand-alone attendance without Congress registration is not available.

Is accommodation included in the Congress package?

No. Accommodation in Prague is not included in the Congress package. Recommended hotels and booking information can be found on the Inscription page.

Where will the Congress take place?

The main Congress program will take place at the National House Vinohrady in Prague. The Cultural Evening will be held at Martinic Palace, and the Gala Dinner at the Municipal House.

What is the language of the Congress?

The official language of the Congress is English. Real-time AI interpretation will also be available in French, Spanish and Czech through the Congress application.

Do I need a visa to enter the Czech Republic?

Participants are individually responsible for meeting the visa requirements applicable to their nationality.

The Organizer may issue an invitation letter upon request to support a visa application. An invitation letter serves as a supporting document only and does not guarantee visa approval.
