• All cancellations or changes of the name must be sent to the Congress Secretariat by written notice. Mail to: fcemcongresparis@gmail.com
• Cancellations until 2nd September 2023, get a full refund except for 80 Euros charged as an administration fee.
• For those between 3rd September 2023- 1st October 2023, the refund will be 50% of the paid registration fee.
• For those until 1st October 2023, you can change your in-person registration to virtual access and the difference will be refunded.
• For those after 1st October 2023, cancellations will not be allowed but you can transfer your registration to another colleague.
• Virtual participants can change their ticket to in-person registration anytime, paying the difference between virtual and in-person fees.
• All refunds will be processed 1 month after the congress.
