Confirmation of Registration
The Registration is deemed to be completed only after reception of payment (with the correct amount). A Confirmation of Registration will then be provided.
Registration forms without payment are not valid.
Guests must be vaccinated with 2 doses of a Covid-19 vaccine recognised by the Morocco authorities. The validated vaccines are: AstraZeneca: Covishield, AstraZeneca: Vaxzeria, Covaxin, Johnson & Johnson Jannsen, Moderna, Pfizer, Sinopharm, Sinovac-CoronaVac, Sputnik V
Johnson & Johnson Jannsen: If vaccinated by Johnson & Johnson Jannsen, the vaccine must be completed 28 days prior to arrival date
Other Vaccines which require two doses: 2ndjab to be completed 15 days prior to arrival date
Client under 18 years old are currently exempted from vaccination at this time. However, they will need to undergo a PCR test
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and requests for refund must be made by 30th October 10th 2022 by email on: firstname.lastname@example.org
No refunds will be effected after 30th April 2022
A processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged for any refund.
After receipt of transfers and in accordance with Moroccan law, no refund can be made on hotel but only on Congress fees and not if cancellation is done after October 15th.
